Description
Use kit to isolate pure and viable untouched T-cells from PBMC by negative isolation
The kit depletes B cells, NK cells, monocytes, platelets, dendritic cells, granulocytes and erythrocytes. The negatively isolated human T-cells are left in sample and have not been in contact with Dynabeads. The bead and antibody-free T-cells are truly untouched, and in perfect shape for any functional assay and application.
- High purity, recovery and viability of human untouched T cells
- Easy to use and to scale up
- No columns required
- Capacity: Processes approx. 1x109 cells total
- Cell Type: T Cells (Whole Population)
- Final Product: Cells
- Isolation Method: Negative Isolation
- Number of Rections: 100 Isolations
- Output Viability: >95%
- Sample Type: PBMC
- Starting Material (Cell No.): 1x107 PBMCs per isolation
- Target Species: Human
Methodology:An antibody mix towards the non-T cells is added to sample and allowed to bind to cells. Dynabeads are added and will bind to antibody-labeled cells during a short incubation. The bead-bound cells are quickly separated on magnet and discarded. The remaining negatively isolated and untouched human T-cells can be directly analyzed in flow cytometer and used in any application. A negative isolation strategy isolates pure and truly untouched cells. When maximum cell purity is critical, a positive cell isolation strategy is recommended.
